The Choiseul Institute has unveiled the 2025 edition of its Choiseul Outre-Mer rankings, in partnership with BRED Banque Populaire and the media outlet Outremers360.
This ranking highlights 40 overseas leaders under the age of 40 who are committed to the economic, social, and environmental transformation of their territories.
Hailing from seven overseas territories and a variety of sectors, these profiles embody a new generation of economic players who are both locally rooted and internationally oriented.
