Project vision
At COMPANY PROJECT, we're committed to transforming rigid plastic waste into new resources. Our recycling project aims to install a multi-plastic washing line, capable of processing up to 500 kg/h of various types of rigid plastics. In parallel, we plan to develop an innovative technology to produce PET granules and filaments for 3D printers.
Technical description of the washing line
The multi-plastics washing line we have designed can efficiently process materials such as HDPE, PET and other rigid plastics. It includes grinding, washing and drying of plastics, while ensuring separation of contaminants. This installation will contribute to the recycling of plastics, while complying with the strictest environmental standards.
3D Granules and Filaments
In addition to the washing line, we have planned an extruder dedicated to the production of filaments for 3D printers from recycled PET. These filaments will be used by Technical Project to manufacture spare parts, reducing our dependence on the purchase of new plastic materials and contributing to a closed cycle of reuse.
Next steps and financing
We have already carried out in-depth studies on the technical and economic feasibility of the project. We are currently preparing grant applications to obtain the financing needed to launch Eco Project. This innovative project, scheduled for 2026, needs the support of local and institutional players if it is to become a model of sustainable recycling.
Call to Action: Partnerships and Collaborations
We are looking for industrial, institutional and financial partners to co-develop this ambitious project. If you'd like to find out more or get involved, please contact us to discuss collaboration opportunities.
