since 2020
Since its creation in Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, Company Project has established itself as a major player in the circular economy. Our mission is to transform environmental challenges into sustainable opportunities, while strengthening local economies. By extending our activities to Strasbourg and actively participating in European projects, we are proving that a local commitment can have a global impact.

Jean-Baptiste Sandoz: A visionary leader committed to the circular economy
Jean-Baptiste Sandoz, founder of Company Project, is both a visionary and a builder. A former self-taught fisherman, he has transformed his passion for the environment into internationally recognized expertise. As Climate Ambassador for the European Green Deal, he helps define policies for ecological transition, while mobilizing public and private partners around concrete initiatives.
Jean-Baptiste embodies boldness and innovation. Under his leadership, Company Project not only meets local challenges, but also redefines circular economy standards on a global scale.
Jean-Baptiste Sandoz: Architect of the European Circular Economy
In 2023, Jean-Baptiste Sandoz was appointed Green Deal Ambassador by the European Commission, a prestigious role reflecting his expertise and commitment to the ecological transition. Recognized as a leading expert in the circular economy, he plays a key role in shaping and guiding European policy in this area.
The European Commission, impressed by the concrete impact of his projects and the scope of his innovative initiatives, asked Jean-Baptiste to embody the values of the Green Deal. Through Company Project, he has demonstrated that environmental challenges can be transformed into opportunities, inspiring structural and sustainable change on a European scale.
As an ambassador, Jean-Baptiste doesn't just represent a vision, he actively participates in shaping European circular economy policies, collaborating with institutions, companies and local players. His goal: to build a future where innovation and sustainability come together to meet global environmental challenges while strengthening the European economy.

Clémentine BLANC
Director, French Overseas Departments and Territories and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon
Clémentine pilots local initiatives, with particular expertise in waste reclamation and professional integration. Her commitment is enabling Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon to become a model for other island territories.
Nina Guelhes
Head of Financing & Impact Projects - CSR / SSE
A specialist in portfolio management and responsible financing, Nina supports Company Project in structuring projects with a high environmental and social impact. With a background in insurance, finance and sustainable hospitality, she manages financial packages (subsidies, European funds, loans) and forges links between public, private and civic players. Her approach combines budgetary rigor, social innovation and territorial roots.
Dominique PERBEN
Director and Strategic Advisor
A former Minister of Justice and expert in governance, Dominique Perben supports Company Project in its strategic structuring and institutional collaborations. Thanks to his experience and network, he plays a decisive role in developing key partnerships and integrating the company's initiatives into European and national public policies.
Frédéric Guelhes
Sales Development Manager
With 15 years' experience in customer relations, high-end portfolio management and sales management, Frédéric structures Company Project's strategic and commercial development. His rigorous approach, nurtured by positions of responsibility in banking and entrepreneurship, enables him to build solid relationships with partners and open up new high-impact markets.
Eric Schaffner
Vice-President, Industrial Strategy & International Development
With over 25 years' experience in industry and sustainable innovation, Eric supports Company Project in its industrial strategy and international development.
Founder of ZeLoop, a platform that rewards virtuous recycling behavior, he puts his expertise at the service of a concrete, efficient circular economy rooted in local communities.
Solana GERMAIN
Communications & Marketing Manager - Part-time student
Solana joined Company Project as part of her final year of her "BUT Techniques de Commercialisation" work-study program. Curious and creative, she brings her energy and skills in communications, marketing and events to support the development and visibility of our projects.
It contributes to highlighting the strategic initiatives of Company Project and its subsidiaries, participates in the organization and coverage of trade shows and events, and supports corporate communications in liaison with our European and national partners.
Every island territory has the potential to become a model for the circular economy. In Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, we're proving that it's possible to combine local impact with a global vision.

Milestones in our History
A journey marked by innovation
Since our beginnings, every stage of our development has reflected our commitment to moving the lines in favor of a high-performance circular economy.
2019: Creation in Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, launch of ecological cleaning activities with a focus on water management and enzymatic products.
2020 : Development of projects linked to WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment), repair and recovery of equipment to extend its lifespan.
2021: Research and Development on innovative rigid plastics recycling solutions. Efforts are focused on the development and technical validation of a multi-plastic rigid washing line and an extruder capable of transforming recycled PET into 3D filaments.
2022: Continuation of studies and tests on recycling technologies. Prototyping and optimization of the washing line and extruder to guarantee their efficiency and adaptation to the needs of the circular economy. These advances mark a key step towards the industrialization phase.
2023: Appointment of Jean-Baptiste Sandoz as Ambassador of the European Green Deal by the Commission of the European Union, in recognition of his strategic vision and technological contributions to the recycling of materials in the circular economy.
2024: Expansion of activities in mainland France, particularly in Strasbourg. Development of a division specializing in the recycling of construction waste (TLC: Textile, Linen, Footwear) and building materials.
2025: Large-scale launch of rigid plastics recycling and 3D filament production solutions. Creation of dedicated training courses for emerging professions and greater involvement in European circular economy initiatives.
